ABSTRACT: A battery canister is described which comprises a plurality of electrically conductive trays each containing a sat of drycell batteries whereby the negative terminals of the batteries are connected in parallel by contact With the tray. The trays are in positive contact to provide electrical connection between the trays thereby reducing the number of soldering points required for the canister construction.
