The invention relates to a recipient for food pressure-cooking which comprises a cooking vessel (2), a lid (3), a locking unit (5) and supporting means arranged between said lid (3) and locking unit (5) and is characterised in that the lid (3) and the vessel (2) are constructed such that the lid (3) penetrates inside the vessel (2) in such a way that an engageable lid is formed, said supporting means divides the lid (3) into one or several fixed angular sectors (3F) and into one or several free angular sectors and said supporting means and the lid (3) are sized in such a way that the controlled deformation of the free sector(s) of the lid by a pressure inside the vessel is produced. The invention can be used for recipients for food pressure- cooking.
L'invention concerne un récipient de cuisson d'aliments sous pression comprenant une cuve (2) de cuisson, un couvercle (3), et des moyens de verrouillage (5), des moyens de support, disposés entre le couvercle (3) et les moyens de verrouillage (5), caractérisé en ce que d'une part, le couvercle (3) et la cuve (2) sont conformés pour que le couvercle (3) pénètre à l'intérieur de la cuve (2) pour former un couvercle rentrant, d'autre part, les moyens de support divisent le couvercle (3) en un ou plusieurs secteur(s) angulaire(s) fixe(s) (3F), et un ou plusieurs secteur(s) angulaire(s) libre(s), lesdits moyens de support et le couvercle (3) étant dimensionnés de manière à permettre une déformation contrôlée du ou des secteur(s) libre(s) du couvercle (3) sous l'effet de la pression régnant dans la cuve (2).
