The invention concerns a pressure frame designed in particular for an aircraft and consisting of a cover made of a composite material reinforced with glass fibres, preferably in one single piece, and reinforcement devices connected to the cover or produced integral therewith. The invention aims at providing a pressure frame as light and as inexpensive as possible while observing the load specifications in particular for heavy aircraft, and which is characterised by the reduction of risks of the cover being lifted towards the aircraft flight compartment. The invention is characterised in that the cover (4) has a substantially uniform thickness and at least one reinforcement device of the cover (4) is set in the centre and on the concave side of the cover. Said cover (4) reinforcement device located in the central zone is advantageously formed by a reinforcing structure (7) oriented towards the cover (4) curve, for example a tapered structure, bowl-shaped or parabolic. A cavity is arranged between the cover (4) and the reinforcing structure (7).
L'invention concerne un cadre de pression destiné notamment à un avion et constitué d'une calotte réalisée en matériau composite renforcé par des fibres de verre, de préférence, d'une seule pièce, et de dispositifs de renforcement raccordés à la calotte ou réalisés d'une seule pièce avec cette dernière. L'invention a pour objet de fournir un cadre de pression qui soit le plus léger et le moins cher possible tout en satisfaisant aux spécifications de charge notamment des gros avions et qui soit caractérisé par la réduction des risques de destruction par relèvement de la calotte vers l'habitacle de l'avion. Pour ce faire, la calotte (4) possède une épaisseur sensiblement uniforme. Au moins un dispositif de renforcement de la calotte (4) est posé au centre et sur le côté concave de la calotte. Le dispositif de renforcement de la calotte (4), placé dans la zone centrale, est avantageusement formé par une structure de renforcement (7) orientée vers la courbe de la calotte (4), par exemple une structure tronconique, en forme de coupe ou de parabole. Une cavité est aménagée entre la calotte (4) et la structure de renforcement (7).
