The invention is directed to a pressure housing for a sterilization chamber for steam sterilization of medical instruments, implants and the like, having upper, lower and side walls in the form of individual thermally insulating plates (101 - 104) which are arranged in central openings (105) of at least two identically constructed frame parts (106) held in positive engagement in a carrier (103) and are held so as to contact the inner edges (161 to 164) of the openings in a positive engagement.
