The invention provides a method of enhancing the uptake by a cell of an atom, a molecule, or particle of <10 m. The method involves (a) bringing into contact a cell and a liquid medium containing the atom, molecule, or particle, (b) maintaining the cell and the liquid medium in an enclosed space, and (c) subjecting the enclosed cell and liquid medium to an incubation pressure sufficient to enhance the uptake by the cell of the atom, molecule, or particle.
L'invention concerne une méthode pour favoriser l'absorption d'un atome, d'une molécule, ou d'une particule < 10 mu m par une cellule. Cette méthode consiste (a) à mettre en contact une cellule et un milieu liquide contenant l'atome, la molécule ou la particule; (b) à maintenir la cellule et le milieu liquide dans un espace clos; et (c) à soumettre la cellule et le milieu liquide dans l'espace clos à une pression d'incubation suffisamment élevée pour favoriser l'absorption de l'atome, de la molécule ou de la particule par la cellule.
