The present invention provides a phase-separated ultraviolet-radiation polymerized pressure-sensitive adhesive having improved low-temperature performance. Adhesives of the invention contain from about 70 parts to about 98 parts of a acrylic copolymer and, correspondingly, from about 30 parts to about 2 parts of a hydrocarbon elastomer which contains at least one segment having a lower glass transition temperature than the acrylic copolymer.
