The present invention provides an acrylate pressure-sensitive adhesive tape having improved adhesion to painted surfaces and low temperature performance. The tapes include an adhesive layer containing a phase-separated ultraviolet-radiation polymerized pressure-sensitive adhesive wherein the first phase contains an acrylic copolymer, and the second phase contains a hydrocarbon elastomer or blend of hydrocarbon elastomers, each of the elastomers containing at least one unsaturated segment having a glass transition temperature lower than that of the acrylic copolymer, the elastomer phase being a continuous phase.
