A presssure sensor which comprises a pair of electrode layers and a dielectric layer composed of a rubber elastic body positioned between the pair of electrode layers and also functioning as a spacer for the electrodes. The dielectric layer shows a tan .delta. at 1 to 30 Hz at a temperature of 10 to 30°C of 0.03 or less and having a rubber hardness of 20 to 80 degrees in terms of scale A according to JIS-K-6301 at 10 to 30C.
