ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A toilet (10) has a pressurized reservoir tank (12) which is connected to a source of water via a backflow preventer (40), a pressure regulator (46) and an aspirator (58). The inlet to the tank extends from the upper portion of the tank down into the lower portion to discharge water in the lower portion until a preset pressure in the tank (12) is reached. A flush valve body (88) provides a seal between a captured seal ring and a valve housing and a secondary seal between the bottom of the valve body (88) and an annular surface of the valve housing (84) which also serves as a downward stop. In an alternate embodiment, a breather hole (70) is provided in the upper portion of the inlet tube (76) to allow for draining of the reservoir tank.
