ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A novel attachment is provided for use in combination with a water-containing tank having a drain valve at the bottom thereof and water bleed-off valves to enable re-pressurizing such tank with air. The attachment includes coupling means for coupling a high pressure water hose to the drain valve, a "T"- connector fitted to the other end of the high pressure water hose, a water pressure gauge fitted to one arm of the "T"-connector, a one-way inlet flow water valve within the other arm of the "T"-connector, and a one- way inlet flow air valve connected to such other end of the arm of the "T"-connector.
