A connecting portion, between PC steel stranded wires, using a PC steel stranded wire connecting tool is covered with a transparent coupler sheath having in the pipe wall thereof an inlet and an outlet for a delayed hardening resin filler, the resin filler is poured and filled into the sheath through the inlet, then the entire outer periphery of the PC steel stranded wire connecting portion including the coupler sheath is buried in poured concrete, and the PC steel stranded wires are tensioned after the hardening of the concrete but before the hardening of the resin filler to complete an excellent PC steel stranded wire connection structure. Since the filling condition of the resin filler inside the coupler sheath in the PC steel stranded wire connecting portion can be visually recognized, the filler can be filled perfectly. The tensioning of the PC steel stranded wires before the hardening of the filler ensures a proper cutting of wedges, in the PC steel stranded wire connecting tool, into the PC steel stranded wires to thereby provide an excellent connection structure.
Cette invention se rapporte à une partie de connexion, entre des fils d'acier multibrin pour circuit imprimé (CI), qui utilise un outil de connexion à fil d'acier multibrin CI et qui est recouverte d'une gaine de couplage transparente ayant dans la paroi de son conduit une entrée et une sortie pour une charge de résine à durcissement retardé. La charge de résine est déversée dans la gaine, jusqu'à son remplissage, par l'entrée, puis tout le pourtour externe de la partie de connexion entre fils d'acier multibrin CI, y compris la gaine de couplage, est enfouie dans du béton coulé, et les fils d'acier multibrin CI sont tendus après le durcissement du béton mais avant le durcissement de la charge de résine, pour produire une structure de connexion d'excellente qualité entre les fils d'acier multibrin CI. Dès lors qu'on peut observer visuellement le niveau de remplissage obtenu par la charge de résine à l'intérieur de la gaine de couplage dans la partie de connexion entre fils d'acier multibrin CI, l'opération de remplissage avec la charge peut être parfaite. La tension des fils d'acier multibrin CI avant le durcissement de la charge assure un découpage correct des coins, dans l'outil de connexion entre fils d'acier multibrin CI, jusqu'à l'intérieur des fils d'acier multibrin CI, de façon à former une structure de connexion d'excellente qualité.
