[PROBLEMS] To provide a pretreatment apparatus for window glass adhesive application, capable of complete automation of degreasing of an adhesive application surface, primer application thereon, inspection of the state produced by the primer application, etc. by a single robot. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] There is provided an apparatus capable of pretreatment, such as primer application, by robot (6) on an adhesive application surface of window glass, comprising degreasing means for not only removing of dust and oil adhering to the adhesive application surface but also applying of a degreasing solution; primer application means (13) for applying of a primer to the adhesive application surface having the degreasing solution applied thereto by the degreasing means; and primer inspection/judging means (14) for inspecting of the state produced by the primer application conducted by the primer application means (13) and judging of the quality thereof. The above degreasing means comprises felt member (11) for removing of dust and oil adhering to the adhesive application surface and applying of the degreasing solution; felt holding means (12) for holding of the felt member (11); and felt regeneration means for regenerating of the felt member (11) held by the felt holding means (12).
L'invention concerne un appareil de prétraitement pour l'application d'adhésif sur une vitre, permettant l'automatisation complète à l'aide d'un seul robot des processus de dégraissage d'une surface d'application d'adhésif, d'application d'un apprêt sur celle-ci, d'inspection de l'état de surface obtenu suite à l'application de l'apprêt, etc. L'appareil de prétraitement selon l'invention, permettant notamment l'application d'un apprêt par un robot (6) sur une surface d'application d'adhésif d'une vitre, comprend un moyen de dégraissage servant non seulement à éliminer les poussières et l'huile adhérant à la surface d'application d'adhésif mais aussi à appliquer une solution de dégraissage ; un moyen d'application d'apprêt (13) servant à appliquer un apprêt sur la surface d'application d'adhésif sur laquelle est appliquée la solution de dégraissage par le moyen de dégraissage ; et un moyen d'inspection/d'évaluation d'apprêt (14) servant à inspecter l'état de surface obtenu suite à l'application de l'apprêt par le moyen d'application d'apprêt (13) et à en évaluer la qualité. Le moyen de dégraissage comprend un élément en feutre (11) servant à éliminer les poussières et l'huile adhérant à la surface d'application d'adhésif et à appliquer la solution de dégraissage ; un moyen de maintien de feutre (12) pour maintenir l'élément en feutre (11) ; et un moyen de régénération de feutre servant à régénérer l'élément en feutre (11) maintenu par le moyen de maintien de feutre (12).
