The invention is directed to a ready-to-use modular cleanroom and facility, in particular for the production of drugs and biological substances, which is equipped with pre-approved manufacturing equipment cores. The modular cleanroom is implemented in the interior space of a container, such as a standard shipping container, and includes at least one bioreactor station. The modular facility can be installed on-site from pre-approved cleanroom modules without further regulatory approval. The cleanroom and facility comply with FDA-approved good manufacturing practices (GMP) and good laboratory practices (GLP).
L'invention concerne une salle blanche et une installation modulaires prêtes à l'emploi, en particulier pour la production de médicaments et de substances biologiques, équipées de noyaux d'équipement de fabrication pré-agréés. La salle blanche modulaire est mise en AEuvre dans l'espace intérieur d'un conteneur, tel qu'un conteneur standard d'expédition, et comprend au moins un poste de bioréacteur. L'installation modulaire peut être installée sur site à partir de modules de salle blanche pré-agréés sans nécessiter d'agrément réglementaire supplémentaire. La salle blanche et l'installation sont conformes aux bonnes pratiques de fabrication (GMP) et aux bonnes pratiques de laboratoire (GLP) agréées par la FDA.
