The invention relates to a tissue transplant construct for reconstructing a human or animal organ, particularly the bladder, ureter, or urethra. Said tissue transplant construct comprises a) a biologically compatible acellular membrane, and b) microvascular endothelial cells which penetrate the membrane, microvascular structures from the microvascular endothelial cells being embodied within the membrane. Also disclosed is a method for producing a tissue transplant construct. Said method encompasses the following steps: a) microvascular endothelial cells are isolated; b) said microvascular endothelial cells are applied to a biologically compatible acellular membrane; c) the microvascular endothelial cells applied to the biologically compatible acellular membrane are cultivated using stromal or epithelia-stromal induction (e.g. by means of a conditioned medium).
