ABSTRACT A price ticket display stand comprises a generally planar base and a stem which is connected to the base by a hinge in such a way that, in a non-erected condition of the stand, the base and stem lie in a generally common plane and, in an erected condition of the stand, wherein the stem has been hingedly pivoted with respect to the base, the stem upstands from the base in a generally upright position. The base and stem have, adjacent the hinge, respective surfaces which, in the non-erected condition of the stand, are inclin- ed to each other, and, in the erected condition are position- ed face-to-face with each other. These surfaces have respective cooperating elements for maintaining the stem in the generally upright position.
