PRIMER COMPOSITIONS Abstract What is disclosed are novel compositions of matter which are useful as primers to bind room-temperature curable silicone, and silicone-modified rubbers, to various substrates. An example of the disclosed primers is a mixture of the reaction product of methyltrimethoxysilane and a bisphenol resin, an epoxyfunctional silane, and tetrabuty, titanate.
