PRIMER COMPOSITIONS ABSTRACT OF THE INVENTION Primer compositions for adhering room temperature vulcanizing silicone rubber to various adherends is an organopolysiloxane resin having the average unit formula of R1aSiO(4-a-b)/2(OR2)b an amino group-containing silane of the general formula Image an organotitanate ester and organic solvent. These primer compositions can be used to make articles which have room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber bonded to an adherend such as metal and glass through a primer layer which exhibit resistance to exfoliation when immersed in water.
