Abstract of the Disclosure A print band is trained around a drive pulley and an idler pulley, the pulleys being spaced apart to provide a band path therebetween and along a printing station. The drive pulley is supported in fixed position whereas the idler pulley is supported in a cradle by resilient means to permit the idler pulley to move toward and away from the drive pulley. Such movement is accomplished by a cam member axially fixed in position and rotatable to move the idler pulley support cradle to and from the drive pulley. A pair of edge guide rollers and a pair of flexible levers act as limits when loading the band on the pulleys.
