To give the antistatic property without causing bleed in a transparent or semi-transparent plastic film, and further to prevent environmental contaminations by providing aqueous antistatic print ink. [Solution] The antistatic property is given to print ink used for printing on a transparent or semi-transparent plastic film. A main component of a vehicle binder in this ink is a complex composition of two or more polyurethane resins. A printed material with excellent antistatic property is obtained by giving the antistatic property especially to the ink for backing up. Further ink is prepared by adding an antistatic agent comprising a mixed composition of a fatty acid dimethylethyl ammonium ethosulfate and polyoxyethylene alkyl ether to s vehicle binder as an organic solvent solution for an ester-based polyurethane resin comprising a mixed composition of high Tg polymer and low Tg polymer, and the antistatic property is given to a plastic film by backing up the plastic film with this ink. As a result, the antistatic property can be given to the plastic film during the printing process, so that the performance can be improved with the cost reduced more as compared to the conventional method of giving the antistatic property to a plastic film. Further the aqueous antistatic print ink according to the present invention is effective in overcoming the environmental contaminations.
