ABSTRACT A printed circuit board function testing system has a central processing unit CPU, which is connected to a CRT, a printer and a floppy drive. The CPU is also connected to a coordinate detecting means which detects and memorizes the X-Y coordinate points and address numbers of the test points in a PC board. The CPU is also connected with a waveform detecting means picks up analogue signal at the test point by means of a probe which is driven by coordinate commanding instructions to track along the test points contacting each test point. The waveform obtaining means is connected to a waveform converting and memorizing means, which processes the signals to form into a base data and a subject data which are sent to the CPU for storage, evalua- tion and display.
