A printed matter in which various information unrecognizable by the vision of human being is buried in the image lines constituting a line image for securities without damaging artistic effects of a print image line and the information can be authenticated by the Fourier transform pattern of the print line mage. The printed matter which is capable of authenticating information and has a plurality of line images is characterized in that the image line is composed of a unit image line including a plurality of image lines arranged along the normal direction and intervals of the plurality of image lines in the unit image line in the normal direction are set in correspondence with the information to be buried. An authentication method, a method for burying information in the printed matter, and an authentication device for such information are also provided.
L'invention concerne une matière imprimée dans laquelle diverses informations impossibles à reconnaître à l'oeil nu sont dissimulées dans les lignes d'image constituant une image en lignes pour des raisons de sécurité, sans compromettre les effets artistiques d'une ligne d'image d'impression. Les informations peuvent être authentifiées grâce à une forme de transformée de Fourier de l'image en lignes d'impression. La matière imprimée permettant d'authentifier des informations et ayant une pluralité d'images à lignes, est caractérisée en ce que la ligne d'image est composée d'une ligne d'image unitaire englobant une pluralité de lignes d'image disposées dans la direction normale et des intervalles de la pluralité de lignes d'image dans l'image unitaire dans la direction normale sont placés en fonction des informations à dissimuler. L'invention porte également sur un procédé d'authentification, un procédé de dissimulation d'informations dans la matière imprimée et un dispositif d'authentification pour lesdites informations.
