A digital still camera combines a display pattern received from a printing apparatus and a photographed image with each other, and displays the resultant image on a viewfinder. A user adjusts the balance between the display pattern and the image of the object both being displayed on the viewfinder, and depresses a shutter release button. The digital still camera fetches the photographed image. The digital still camera sends to the printing apparatus the fetched image and a pattern name specifying the display pattern used at the time of photographing. The printing apparatus combines the decoration pattern specified by the pattern name and the image received from the digital still camera into composite image data. The printing apparatus prints the composite image data.
Cette invention concerne un appareil photographique numérique qui va combiner un diagramme d'affichage reçu d'un appareil d'impression et une image photographiée, puis afficher l'image ainsi obtenue sur un viseur. L'utilisateur ajuste l'équilibre entre le diagramme d'affichage et l'image de l'objet qui sont tous deux affichés sur le viseur, puis presse un bouton de déclenchement de l'obturateur. L'appareil photographique numérique va ainsi extraire l'image photographiée, puis l'envoyer à l'appareil d'impression en même temps qu'une appellation de diagramme indiquant le diagramme d'affichage utilisé au moment de la prise de vue. L'appareil d'impression va combiner le diagramme décoratif indiqué par l'appellation du diagramme et l'image reçue de l'appareil photographique numérique, ceci de manière à obtenir des données d'image composites qu'il va ensuite imprimer.
