Paul D. Morrissey 7 Glenview Terrace St. John's, Newfoundland A1E 3H8 October 1, 1989 C. Brownlee Patent Formalities Clerk Consumer and Corporate Affairs Canada Intellectual Property Commissioner of Patent Ottawa, Hull K1A OE1 Your File: J 2484-2-1805 Dear C. Brownlee, ABSTRACT In a card for mailing purposes it is known to fill in an allocated amount of space for writing. In this invention lines are drawn inside the entire length of the card, thus not only allowing four to five times more writing room as in contrast to past and present available cards, but it also features a line of glue along the bottom and side edges thus allowing card to become confidential or private. As card is to be made available folded at his center the outside front of card will have four pre drawn minimum lines at its appropriate center to accommodate designated mailing address. Upper left hand corner of outside front of card will have four pre drawn lines for return home address of sender. Upper right hand corner of outside of front of card will have a pre drawn square line to meet the requirement of postage stamp and the enlighten user as to its purpose. The outside back of card will contain a post card scene to be sent to mailing recipient or for exclusive use of purchaser. A description of scene or other features will be printed on the outside bottom section of folded post card. SPECIFICATIONS This invention relates to a self contained private post card for the purpose of mailing to people in various destinations. It is common for post cards to be mailed to friends and relatives back home, usually showing a picture of a scenic view of the area which you are vacationing or just visiting. Present day post cards of this type are lacking in privacy and they tend to allow very little writing room for the sender. They are moreover usually quite limited in not only writing space allocated but also do not allow necessary room to conveniently write address of cards destination. Today's post cards do not allow sufficient space for sender to place home address thus increasing the possibility of losing card in mailing system of said country and not having it returned to sender.
