The invention is a manual workout machine that is designed to improve the user's arm wrestling ability by improving the user's ability and leverage by strengthening the user's wrist and forearm. It is comprised of a prosthetic hand and arm that is secured to a folding table. The prosthetic hand is used for gripping and has a bolt which allows the user to switch the direction of the hand; making it right or left-handed. The prosthetic arm is adjustable; allowing the user to adjust the arm to the appropriate length. The prosthetic arm also has a tension cable which allows the user to adjust the tension of the strength of resistance of the prosthetic arm.
