The invention relates to a probe for a capacitive sensor device with an outer sleeve (12) and at least one probe head (14) arranged within the outer sleeve (12), said probe head comprising a measuring element (46) with at least one measuring and front face (16), the measuring element (46) being made of a metal, a metal alloy or an electrically conductive ceramic or being coated at least at the measuring and front face (16) with a metal, a metal alloy or an electrically conductive ceramic, and a first electrically non-conductive isolator element (18) and a first partial element (22) of a first shield (20), wherein the first partial element (22) is made of a metal, a metal alloy or an electrically conductive ceramic. According to the invention, the measuring and front face (16), the first isolator element (18) and the first partial element (22) of the first shield (20) are adhesively connected to one another and configured as a multilayer, the first isolator element (18) being disposed between the measuring element (46) with its measuring and front face (16) and the first partial element (22). The invention also relates to a gap measuring system for determining a rotor gap between a rotor comprising rotor blades and a rotor housing, which surrounds at least sections of the rotor or rotor blades, of a turbomachine using the probe (10) according to the invention.

L'invention concerne une sonde pour dispositif de détection capacitif comprenant une enveloppe extérieure (12) et au moins une tête de sonde (14) disposée à l'intérieur de l'enveloppe extérieure (12), ladite tête de sonde comprenant un élément de mesure (46) présentant au moins une surface frontale de mesure (16). L'élément de mesure (46) se compose de métal, d'un alliage métallique ou de céramique électroconductrice ou est revêtu, au moins au niveau de la surface frontale de mesure (16), d'un métal d'un alliage métallique ou d'une céramique électroconductrice. Ledit élément présente également un premier élément isolant (18) non électroconducteur, ainsi qu'un premier élément partiel (22) d'un premier blindage (20). Le premier élément partiel (22) est en métal, en alliage métallique ou en céramique électroconductrice. Selon l'invention, la surface de frontale de mesure (16), le premier élément isolant (18) et le premier élément partiel (22) du premier blindage (20) sont interconnectés par liaison de matière et se présentent sous forme de noyau feuilleté. Le premier élément isolant (18) est disposé entre l'élément de mesure (46) muni de la surface frontale de mesure (16) et le premier élément partiel (22). L'invention concerne par ailleurs un système de mesure de distance pour déterminer, au moyen de la sonde (10) selon l'invention, la distance séparant un rotor comprenant des pales rotoriques et un carter de rotor de turbomachine, qui entoure au moins par endroits ledit rotor et/ou les pales rotoriques.
