Puis, on place l'organe de guidage dans la position précise qu'il doit occuper, on délimite ainsi un espace intercalaire (20) entre la périphérie extérieure de l'extrémité (8B) et les parois en regard de l'ouverture, on remplit l'espace intercalaire (20) avec une résine polymérisable et on fait polymériser la résine de façon à assujettir l'extrémité (8B) par rapport à l'ouverture (16). Ce procédé assure un positionnement précis et génère de faibles contraintes mécaniques.
