The procedure consists in a obtaining laminar composite piece (1) with a grooving (2) according to a reticular grid configuration based on the repetition of patterns over the whole surface of, at least, one of the faces of that composite (1), that channelling (2) being implemented during the actual process of moulding the composite, the latter being materialised by means of a layer of stiff foam (10) and two external layers (9) of paper or similar, in such a manner that the composite with the grooving (2) is foreseen for its securing by means of adhesive to a surface which shall be subjected to an external situation that can produce undesired vibration and noise, all this in order to improve the vibro-acoustic behaviour of said surface. The laminar composite (1) finds special application in the motor vehicle sector in order to reduce undesired noise produced on the outside sheet metal of the roof of the vehicle.
