Procedure for obtaining calcium aluminate from the dry waste generated in the treatment, for recovery of metallic Al and salts, of the saline dross produced in the metallurgy of secondary aluminium and calcium oxide and/or CaO precursor. The procedure may produce briquettes or pellets of precursors of calcium aluminate through cold sintering or premolten calcium aluminate through hot sintering.

L'invention concerne un procédé pour obtenir de l'aluminate calcique à partir du résidu sec généré lors du traitement, pour la récupération de l'Al métallique et de sels, des scories salines produites dans la métallurgie de l'aluminium secondaire et d'oxyde de calcium et/ou de précurseur de CaO. Le procédé permet de produire des briquettes ou des pellets de précurseurs d'aluminate calcique par sintérisation à froid ou d'aluminium calcique préfondu par sintérisation à chaud.
