This invention is for a procedure for operational control and monitoring of a product production unit and/or near-infrared spectrometer fed by the product in question. This procedure involves calculating and monitoring changes in at least one indicator of proper functioning for the production unit and/or the near-infrared spectrometer using a mathematical expression that combines working spectra values and values for corresponding reconstructed spectra. These spectra are obtained by transforms applied to spectra produced by the spectrometer and periodically recorded. This invention is applicable in the chemical, petroleum, pharmaceutical, cosmetology and agri-food industries.
La présente invention concerne un procédé de suivi et de surveillance du fonctionnement d'une unité de fabrication d'un produit et/ou d'un spectromètre proche infrarouge alimenté par ledit produit. Ce procédé consiste, à calculer au moins un indicateur de bon fonctionnement de l'unité de fabrication et/ou du spectromètre proche infrarouge, au moyen d'une expression mathématique combinant les valeurs de spectres de travail et celles de spectres recomposés correspondants et à suivre l'évolution de ces indicateurs. Ces spectres étant obtenus par transformations de spectres issus du spectromètre et enregistrés périodiquement. Elle trouve son application dans les industries chimiques, pétrolières, pharmaceutiques, cosmétologiques et agro-alimentaires.
