The object of the invention is a process for producing an acoustically resistive layer, particularly for the nacelles of aircraft jet engines, characterized in that it comprises the following steps: - producing a structural component (14, 16) by using thermoplastic resins, this component having a given quantity of open surface relative to the acoustic waves to be treated, - connecting an acoustic metallic fabric (12) whose mesh is adapted to the open surface quantity of the structural component, and - carrying out polymerization of the thermoplastic resins under pressure and at high temperature. The invention also covers the resistive layer obtained and a soundproof wall using such a layer.
- L'objet de l'invention est un procédé de réalisation d'une couche acoustiquement résistive, notamment pour des nacelles de réacteurs d'aéronefs, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend les étapes suivantes : - réaliser une composante (14, 16) structurale en utilisant des résines thermoplastiques, cette composante présentant un taux de surface ouverte donné en rapport avec les ondes acoustiques à traiter , - rapporter un tissu (12) acoustique métallique dont la maille est adaptée au taux de surface ouverte de la composante structurale, et - assurer la polymérisation des résines thermoplastiques sous pression et à haute température. L'invention couvre aussi la couche résistive obtenue et une paroi d'insonorisation utilisant une telle couche.
