The invention relates to an improved method for chromatographically purifying insulins. The invention is characterized in that a pressure-stable, organic, and polymeric chromatographic material is used as a stationary phase, and in that the mobile phase contains at least one organic solvent which can be mixed with water, and contains at least one buffering agent. In addition, the invention is characterized in that the pH value ranges from 7 to 11.

La présente invention concerne un procédé amélioré de purification chromatographique d'insulines, lequel se caractérise en ce que l'on utilise, comme phase fixe, un matériau chromatographique polymère organique, stable à la pression, en ce que la phase mobile contient un solvant organique pouvant se mélanger à l'eau et au moins une substance tampon, et en ce que la valeur du pH peut aller de 7 à 11.
