Procedure for the manufacture of a tube (1) made of a flexible material and comprising a skirt (3) and a head (10), in which a unit (2) formed by the skirt (3) and an appendage (4) is disposed or manufactured in an injection procedure, the appendage (4) totally or partially closing one end of the skirt (3) and comprising the injection point(s), in which the appendage (4) is cut totally or partially, and the cut part is removed, and in which the head (10) over-moulded on any area of the part of the unit (2) formed by the skirt (3) and appendage (4) that remains once the cut part has been removed. The appendage (4) offers several advantages, such as improving the finish of the over-moulded head (10) or, in the event of the unit (2) being manufactured, easing the removal of said unit (2) from the mould.
Procedimiento de fabricación de un tubo (1) de material flexible que comprende una falda (3) y una cabeza (10), que comprende las fases de disponer de o fabricar en un procedimiento de inyección un conjunto (2) de falda (3) y apéndice (4), donde el apéndice (4) está dispuesto en un extremo de la falda (3) y cierra total o parcialmente dicho extremo, y donde en dicho apéndice (4) se localiza el punto o los puntos de inyección, cortar total o parcialmente el apéndice (4) y retirar la parte cortada y sobremoldear la cabeza (10) sobre cualquier zona de la parte del conjunto (2) de falda (3) y apéndice (4) que queda una vez retirada la parte cortada. El apéndice (4) aporta ciertas ventajas, como mejorar el acabado de la cabeza (10) sobremoldeada o, en caso de fabricarse el conjunto (2), facilitar el desmoldeo de dicho conjunto (2).
