The invention relates to a sampling valve for sterile taking of samples containing mechanically-sensitive material from a bioreactor and a process analysis system with analytical stations, in particular, chromatographic systems, biosensors, cell determination devices, permitting an automated, sterile taking of a sample from a bioreactor and the gentle transport of the sample containing mechanically sensitive material, in particular, cells, to the analytical station.
