The technical sector to which the invention belongs is the manufacture of heat treatment devices, such as thermal cracking ovens for chemicals, particularly hydrocarbons. This invention is intended to be used in the heat treatment of one or more fluids from a pipe (9) with at least one rectilinear tube length running along a longitudinal axis and terminating in at least one elbow which is placed at least in part in a heat oven to reduce or avoid the deposit of solid particles on the inner wall of the said pipe, a process in which the said pipe is vibrated by a mechanical vibrator (27) outside the heat oven (5) and linked to the pipe by a mechanic link; the said vibrator, according to the invention, exercises on the said mechanical link an effort on an axis that is essentially crossways to the longitudinal axis of the said rectilinear section, and the said mechanical link is fixed near one end of the said rectilinear section or on the said elbow.

La présente invention a pour objet un procédé de traitement thermique d'un ou plusieurs fluides s'écoulant dans un conduit (9) qui comporte au moins un tronçon rectiligne de tube dirigé selon un axe longitudinal et éventuellement terminé par au moins un coude, et qui est disposé en partie au moins dans une enceinte thermique, pour réduire ou éviter un dépôt de particules solides sur la paroi interne dudit conduit, procédé dans lequel on provoque une vibration dudit conduit à l'aide d'un vibrateur (27) mécanique qui est disposé à l'extérieur de l'enceinte thermique (5), et qui est relié au conduit par un moyen de liaison mécanique; ledit vibrateur selon l'invention exerce sur ledit moyen de liaison mécanique un effort selon un axe sensiblement transversal à l'axe longitudinal dudit tronçon rectiligne, et ledit moyen de liaison mécanique est fixé au voisinage d'une extrémité dudit tronçon rectiligne ou audit coude.
