The present invention provides a process and apparatus for readily and continuously producing foamed resin containers with labels by following a process sequence including the steps of supplying a sheet which bears label bodies printed in predetermined positions thereon, positioning a label body, punching the label body, and molding a foamed resin container with the label properly positioned. The invention further provides a process which allows for precise positioning of a label. Therefore, a thin and less stiff synthetic resin sheet can be employed for the label instead of a paper base. In addition, the label can be applied in a predetermined position on the foamed resin container without preliminarily rolling the label into a predetermined tubular shape.
L'invention porte sur un procédé pour la fabrication de récipients de résine expansée portant une étiquette consistant à préparer une feuille comportant une étiquette imprimée à un emplacement prédéterminé, puis à la positionner pour l'estamper et, en suivant différentes étapes d'un processus allant du positionnement à la formation, à assurer facilement et en continu la production de récipients de résine expansée pourvus d'une étiquette. Elle porte également sur l'appareil mettant en oeuvre ledit procédé qui permet de positionner une étiquette avec une plus grande précision. Ainsi, même en cas d'utilisation d'une feuille mince de résine ne comportant pas de matériau support tel que du papier, on peut créer une étiquette emboutie intégrée au récipient de résine expansée en un emplacement donné et sans avoir à lui donner une forme tubulaire. < </=
