Provided are a process and an apparatus for obtaining easily and securely a reinforcing-fiber strip substrate in which reinforcing-fiber yarns are laid throughout the whole surface of a curved substrate. The process and apparatus for producing a reinforcing-fiber strip substrate having a circular-arc part are characterized by: bringing one surface of a strip-shaped, unidirectional reinforcing-fiber substrate comprising reinforcing-fiber strands arranged in parallel with each other in one direction, into contact with a flexible member; deforming the unidirectional reinforcing-fiber substrate being contacted into a circular-arc shape by deforming at least a part of the flexible member into a circular-arc shape in a direction extending along its contact surface with the unidirectional reinforcing-fiber substrate; and thereafter, separating the flexible member from the unidirectional reinforcing- fiber substrate that has been deformed. Further, provided are a layered structure, a preform, and a fiber-reinforced composite material each comprising or produced using the substrate.
L'invention concerne un processus et un appareil permettant d'obtenir de façon aisée et fiable une base de bande en fibres renforcées, constituée de brins de fibres renforcées placés sur toute la base. Le processus et l'appareil pour produire une base de bande en fibres renforcées ayant une partie en arc circulaire sont caractérisés par le fait : d'amener un côté d'une base en fibres renforcées, en forme de bande, agencée de façon unidirectionnelle et comprenant des brins de fibres renforcées, agencés de façon parallèle dans une direction, en contact avec un élément flexible ; de déformer au moins une partie de l'élément flexible en forme d'arc circulaire dans une direction s'étendant le long du plan dans lequel l'élément est en contact avec la base en fibres renforcées, agencée de façon unidirectionnelle, et ainsi de déformer la base en fibres renforcées agencée de façon unidirectionnelle, qui est en contact avec l'élément, selon une forme en arc circulaire ; et de séparer ensuite l'élément flexible de la base en fibres renforcées agencée qui a été déformée. Une structure multicouche, une préforme, et une matière composite de résine en fibres renforcées sont fournies, chacune comprenant ou ayant été produite en utilisant la base.
