A process and apparatus for controllably registering two continuously moving layers (54, 66) of material is provided. A continuously moving first layer (54) has a plurality of components thereon, and a continuously moving second layer (66) has a plurality of reference marks representing a respective plurality of components thereon. The process and apparatus control the distance between reference marks of the second layer to a selected distance, and controllably registers each reference mark of the second layer to a respective component of the continuously moving first layer.
La présente invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif de calage contrôlé de deux couches de matériau (54, 66) continuellement en mouvement. Une pluralité de composants est déposée sur une première couche continuellement en mouvement. Une seconde couche (66) continuellement en mouvement est pourvue d'une pluralité de marques de référence correspondant chacune à l'un des composants de la pluralité de composants. Le procédé et le dispositif permettent de régler à une distance sélectionnée la distance entre les différentes marques de référence de la seconde couche, et de faire un calage contrôlé de chacune des marques de référence de la seconde couche par rapport à un composant correspondant de la première couche continuellement en mouvement.
