The apparatus for continuously sterilising surfaces in an aseptic filling line, comprises a feeding tube (10) for feeding a mixture of hot air and vaporised hydrogen peroxide and a plurality of nozzles (8) through which said mixture is introduced on the surfaces (9) to be sterilised, wherein the feeding tube (10) includes a section formed by a porous tube (4) for feeding directly the gaseous hydrogen peroxide (1) into the stream of hot air, said porous tube (4) being surrounded by a heated means (3).
