Process for the automatic coating of components for chairs and armchairs, in particular seat planes or backs, and relative apparatus with six axes for carrying out said process, comprising: the upstream picking-up of a semi- finished product; the translation of the semi-finished product into an intermediate position; the stop and orthogonal advancement, respect to the top to bottom translation, with eventual simultaneous movement of the clamping group along a vertical axis, up to a pre-determined position, interfering in rotation with a group for the fixing of the coating to the semi-finished product; the activation of a fixing group consisting of a stapler, whose head passes on the lower edge of the bottom of the semi-finished product to be coated, said stapler being interacting with a fabric-stretching device placed before it; then, proceeding with the removal, from the fixing station, of the clamping group which holds the finished product and simultaneous translation of the same towards a downstream station.
Procédé de revêtement automatique d'éléments de chaises et de fauteuils, en particulier, des sièges et des dossiers, et dispositif correspondant comportant six axes afin de mettre ce procédé en application, ce qui consiste à soulever vers l'amont un produit semi-fini; à effectuer la translation de ce produit semi-fini vers une position intermédiaire; à exécuter un arrêt et une avance orthogonale par rapport à la translation de haut en bas, accompagnée éventuellement d'un déplacement simultané du groupe de serrage le long d'un axe vertical jusqu'à une position prédéterminée, dont la rotation s'exerce simultanément à celle d'un groupe servant à fixer le revêtement au produit semi-fini; à mettre en service un groupe de fixation constitué par une agrafeuse, dont la tête passe sur le bord inférieur du fond du produit semi-fini à revêtir, ladite agrafeuse exerçant une action simultanée à celle d'un dispositif d'étirement de tissu placé en face d'elle; à effectuer le retrait, depuis le poste de fixation, du groupe de serrage tenant le produit fini, ainsi que la translation simultanée dudit groupe vers un poste situé en aval.
