The invention relates to a method for continuously producing a thin metal strip, particularly a steel hot-rolled strip, directly from a metal melt and with a strip casting thickness of < 10 mm after the roll casting process. The cast metal strip is fed to an in-line thickness reduction and to a storage device afterwards. The aim of the invention is to achieve, in a continuous production process, directly from the metal melt and with a low strip casting thickness, a high-quality hot-rolled metal strip with comparable flatness tolerances that, at present, can be obtained during the production of hot- rolled metal strip from continuously cast thin slabs or slabs, with casting thicknesses ranging from 40 to 300 mm. To this end, a measurement of flatness is carried out on the moving metal strip, and the measurement results of this measurement of flatness are drawn upon for specifically influencing the flatness of the metal strip.
L'invention concerne un procédé permettant de produire en continu une fine bande métallique, notamment un feuillard laminé à chaud, directement à partir de métal fondu et avec une épaisseur de coulée de bande < 10 mm après le procédé de coulée par rouleaux, la bande métallique coulée subissant ensuite une réduction d'épaisseur immédiate, puis étant acheminée jusqu'à un dispositif de stockage. L'invention vise, dans un processus de production continu, à obtenir, directement à partir du métal fondu et avec une épaisseur de coulée de bande réduite, une bande métallique laminée à chaud de haute qualité, avec des tolérances de planéité comparables à celles qui peuvent être obtenues lors de la production de bandes métalliques laminées à chaud à partir de brames minces ou de brames coulées en continu, avec des épaisseurs de coulée comprises entre 40 et 300 mm. A cet effet, il est prévu d'effectuer une mesure de planéité sur la bande métallique déplacée et d'utiliser les résultats de ces mesures de planéité pour influer de manière ciblée sur la planéité de la bande métallique.
