The fly ash and residues from the surge silo are then mixed with water and chemical fixation solids or liquids by an automatic controlled batching process in a rotary mixer. A partly agglomerator dust- free product which produces no free-water results and the product is discharged to a conveyor for utilization or eventual disposal in a landfill.
