ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The invention provides a method of decompression con- trol in an internal combustion engine, wherein the engine is released from its decompression condition in a comparatively low engine speed range as the engine speed is increased, but the engine is returned to its decompression condition in a compara- tively high engine speed range as the engine speed is decreased to stop the engine.
