The proposed process for creating structures in materials which have a consistency such that they can be smoothed and/or brushed and can harden or set, is characterized by the fact that at least one gas or gas-mixture stream emerging with the required kinetic energy from at least one nozzle (13) is allowed to act in a controlled way on the surfaces of the materials in question before they have had time to harden or set. These nozzles (13) are then moved across the surfaces in the desired direction to produce the structures in question and the materials which have been thus structured are allowed to harden or set. The proposed device is provided with a support plate (1), a nozzle arm (2), drives (3), guide elements (4) and control units (7). The jet arm (2) has a cylindrical axle with a partial bore (12) which acts as the gas inlet aperture, and a gas outlet aperture in the form of a slit (13).

L'invention concerne un procédé de réalisation de structures dans des matériaux présentant une consistance permettant une application à la spatule et/ou au pinceau, et pouvant être durcis ou solidifiés. Ledit procédé est caractérisé en ce qu'il consiste à laisser agir de façon contrôlée au moins un flux d'un gaz ou d'un mélange gazeux sortant d'au moins un ajutage (13) avec l'énergie cinétique souhaitée, sur les surfaces des matériaux mentionnés précédemment, avant leur durcissement ou leur solidification. Il consiste en outre à déplacer ces ajutages (13) au-dessus des surfaces mentionnées précédemment, dans chaque direction souhaitée, afin de réaliser lesdites structures, puis à laisser durcir ou solidifier les matériaux ainsi structurés. Le dispositif selon l'invention est pourvu d'une plaque de support (1), d'un bras à ajutage (2), d'éléments d'entraînement (3), d'éléments de guidage (4) et d'unités de commande (7). Le bras à ajutage (2) présente un axe cylindrique (11) avec un alésage (12) partiel servant d'ouverture d'admission des gaz, ainsi qu'une ouverture d'évacuation des gaz en forme de fente (13).
