The invention describes a process and devices by means of which the transport of fluid substances in or through the human skin can be improved over a defined period without any irreversible skin changes. According to the invention, heat and cold are alternately applied to closely adjacent and very small areas of the skin surfaces for equal periods in such a way that hot and cold regions border one another and are reversed in a predetermined time sequence. In addition to the alternating application of heat and cold, electric current and/or overpressure and/or underpressure may a lso be applied to the skin surface at defined time intervals. The devices described are intended for the non-invasive drawing off of body fluid and/or the injection of fluids and describe the application of thermo-contrast showers and cleaning devices.
L'invention concerne un procédé et des dispositifs au moyen desquels le transfert de substances fluides dans la peau ou à travers la peau humaine peut être amélioré pendant une période définie, sans changements irréversibles de la peau. Conformément à l'invention, de la chaleur et du froid sont alternativement appliqués pendant des périodes équivalentes sur des régions très petites et très voisines de la surface de la peau, de telle façon que des régions chaudes et froides soient voisines les unes des autres et soient inversées dans une séquence de temps prédéterminée. En plus de l'application alternée de la chaleur et du froid, un courant électrique et/ou une surpression et/ou une dépression peuvent également être appliqués à la surface de la peau, à des intervalles de temps définis. Les dispositifs décrits sont utilisés pour le prélèvement non invasif de liquide organique et/ou pour l'injection de fluides. On décrit également la réalisation de douches thermocontrastées et d'appareils de nettoyage au moyen des dispositifs précités.
