The invention relates to a method for packaging carbon dioxide snow in a plastic film bag, in which method the following steps are employed: a fluid which has a temperature below the dew point of the air is injected into and in contact with the plastic film bag, then the carbon dioxide snow is introduced into the plastic film bag, then the plastic film bag is closed. The invention also relates to apparatus for implementing this method.
L'invention concerne un procédé d'emballage de neige carbonique dans un sachet en film plastique, dans lequel on injecte un fluide présentant une température inférieure à la température de rosée de l'air au contact et à l'intérieur du sachet en film plastique, puis on introduit la neige carbonique dans le sachet en film plastique, puis on ferme le sachet en film plastique. L'invention concerne également un dispositif pour la mise en oeuvre de ce procédé.
