Process for producing a high-strength steel strip, in which liquid steel is cast in at least one continuous-casting machine (1) with one or more strands to form a slab and, utilizing the casting heat, is conveyed through a furnace device (7), undergoes preliminary rolling in a preliminary rolling device (10) and, in a final rolling device (14), is finishing-rolled to form a steel strip with the desired final thickness, and, in a continuous, endless or semi-endless process, the slab undergoes preliminary rolling in, essentially, the austenitic range in the preliminary device (10) and, in the final rolling device (14), is rolled in the austenitic range or, in at least one stand of the final rolling device (14), is rolled in the two-phase austenitic-ferritic range, the austenitic or austenitic, ferritic rolled strip, after leaving the final rolling device (14), is cooled rapidly in order to obtain the desired structure.

L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'une bande d'acier haute résistance, le procédé consistant à couler de l'acier liquide dans au moins une machine de coulée en continu (1) à une ou plusieurs lignes de coulée pour former une brame, puis, avec la chaleur de coulée, à la transporter dans un four (7), à la soumettre à un laminage préliminaire dans un dispositif de laminage préliminaire (10) et, dans un dispositif de laminage final (14), à la soumettre à un laminage de finition pour former une bande d'acier présentant l'épaisseur finale voulue; dans un procédé en continu, infini ou semi-infini, on soumet la brame à un laminage préliminaire essentiellement dans la gamme austénitique, dans le dispositif de laminage préliminaire (10) puis, dans le dispositif de laminage final (14), la brame est laminée dans la gamme austénitique ou alors, dans au moins une phase du dispositif de laminage final (14), elle est laminée dans la gamme austénitique-ferritique à deux phases. A sa sortie du dispositif de laminage final (14), on refroidit rapidement la bande laminée austénitique ou austénitique-ferritique pour former la structure voulue.
