The invention relates to a process for producing blow moulded plastic parts. The blowing medium used is an inert gas such as nitrogen, which is fed into a deformable preform in a blow mould in order to blow it up and subsequently cool it from within. According to the invention, the nitrogen introduced as a blowing medium consists substantially, and preferably exclusively, of warm, dry nitrogen which has previously been vaporized during the internal cooling of a blown-up preform, the blow mandrel and blow mould being flushed with warm, dry nitrogen when the latter is open. The internal cooling is carried out at a higher inlet pressure than that of the blowing-up processes. The invention also relates to a device for implementing the process.
L'invention concerne un procédé de production de pièces plastiques moulées par soufflage, selon lequel la substance de soufflage utilisée est un gaz inerte, notamment de l'azote, qui est introduit dans une ébauche (7) pouvant être déformée située dans un moule de soufflage, afin de soumettre ladite ébauche (7) à une opération de soufflage et de la refroidir ensuite depuis l'intérieur. Selon l'invention, l'azote introduit qui sert de substance de soufflage, se compose essentiellement, de préférence exclusivement, d'azote sec et chaud ayant été au préalable vaporisé pendant le refroidissement intérieur d'une ébauche (7) ayant d'ores et déjà été soumise à une opération de soufflage (5). Le mandrin de soufflage et le moule de soufflage (6), pendant que ce dernier est ouvert, sont rincés à l'intérieur et/ou à l'extérieur avec de l'azote sec chaud. Le processus de refroidissement intérieur s'effectue à une pression d'alimentation supérieure à celle du processus de soufflage. L'invention concerne en outre un dispositif servant notamment à mettre ledit procédé en oeuvre.
