A process and device for producing finely divided liquid-liquid formulations comprise (a) a screen with at least one inlet nozzle and a screen with at least one outlet nozzle, a static mixer being located in the space between the screens, into which additional energy is mechanically introduced, if necessary, or (b) a screen with at least one inlet nozzle and a baffle plate, a static mixer being located, if necessary, in the space between the screen and the baffle plate, and/or energy being mechanically introduced therein.
L'invention concerne un procédé de production de formulations liquide-liquide à fines particules, ainsi qu'un dispositif permettant de mettre en oeuvre ce procédé, ce dispositif comprenant a) un écran pourvu d'au moins une buse d'entrée et un écran pourvu d'au moins une buse de sortie, un mélangeur statique étant placé dans l'espace entre les écrans et de l'énergie mécanique étant par ailleurs éventuellement introduite, ou b) un écran pourvu d'au moins une buse d'entrée et une plaque de déviation, un mélangeur statique étant éventuellement placé dans l'espace entre l'écran et la plaque de déviation et/ou de l'énergie mécanique étant éventuellement introduite.
