ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE According to the process of the invention, the sampling signal A(t) is obtained by phase displacement in increments of T/kp of a signal of frequency kF dependent in phase on the input signal E(t) of frequency F. The displacement control is obtained by measuring the relative phase between the sampling signal A(t) and the input signal E(t). As a function of the result of this measurement, one of the p possible phases of the sampling signal A(t) is selected.
