PRECIS DE LA DIVULGATION L'invention concerne un procédé et un disposi- tif permettant de séparer par adsorption sélective des macromolécules biologiques contenues dans une solution. Ce procédé consiste à alimenter en solution chaque étage d'une colonne contenant une résine chromatographique sé- lective, spécifique des macromolécules à séparer, de façon à fluidiser le lit de résines à chaque étage. Chaque étage est pourvu à sa base d'un système perforé de distribution caractérisé par un pourcentage de sections ouvertes compris entre 0,1 et 10 %, un diamètre moyen desdites sections ouvertes supérieur à environ 300 microns et compris entre 2 Gm et 20 Gm, Gm étant la granulométrie moyenne de la ré- sine.
